RETURN POLICY All our products are backed by our 30 Day Risk-Free Guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with any cell phone accessory, for any reason within the first 30 days from invoice, contact our returns department at returns@slkglobal.com. RETURN Merchandise Authorization (RMA) requests are processed within three (3) business days, Monday through Friday. At that time, you will be e-mailed a response with the RMA number & instructions on how to ship the cell phone accessory back. Our customer returns department will assist you with your return considering the below: - • Claims for damage or shortage of merchandise must be reinstated at the time of the delivery.
- • Defective merchandise will be exchanged within the first 14 days of receipt.
- • All returns and exchanges on cell phone accessories must be received within 30 days starting from the day the customer received merchandise. No exceptions!
- • No Returns without our authorization.
- • All items most be returned in the original packaging.
- • Items missing pieces or damaged through negligence or misuse are not returnable.
- • A restocking fee of up to 15% can be imposed for returned items which are missing items or are damaged.
- • If it was a mistake we made with your order, we will refund the full amount including postage.
- • Shipping charges are nonrefundable. We do not reimburse shipping or return shipping charges.
- • Returns for refund take approximately 1-2 weeks to process after receipt
