RETURN Merchandise Authorization (RMA) requests are processed within three (3) business days, Monday through Friday. At that time, you will be e-mailed a response with the RMA number & instructions on how to ship the cell phone accessory back.
Our customer returns service department will assist you with your return considering the below:
• Claims for damage or shortage of merchandise must be reinstated at the time of the delivery.
Defective merchandise will be exchanged within the first 10 days of receipt.
• All returns and exchanges on cell phone accessories must be received within 10 days starting from the day the customer received merchandise. No exceptions!
• No Returns without our authorization.
• All items most be returned in the original packaging.
• Items missing pieces or damaged through negligence or misuse are not returnable.
• A 15% restocking fee will be imposed for returns at our discretion and a Shipping fee will be charged for any exchanges.
If it was a mistake we made with your order, we will refund the full amount including postage.
• Shipping charges are nonrefundable. We do not reimburse shipping or return shipping charges.
• Returns for refund take approximately 1-2 weeks to process after receipt.
